who is osjag?

Since it's beginning, Osjag has worked with the New Zealand manufacturer, JC Hurst & Son and that relationship continues today.

In 1997 the Australian and New Zealand distributorship for Breuning was secured after a visit to their factory in Pforzheim Germany. The township of Pforzheim has long been recognised as the home of German jewellery and Breuning is one of the largest privately owned German jewellery manufacturers. Osjag's relationship with Breuning has prospered for over 19 years.

Over the years Osjag has developed it’s overseas business relationships to the point where it works exclusively with foreign manufacturers. In 2009  bastian inverun – also from Germany, was added to Osjag’s stable of brands.

With these beautiful collections of jewellery, Osjag  is able to expose Australian and NZ jewellery lovers to the latest trends from the best designers and manufacturers in the world.

Osjag began trading in 1990 as an agency, selling to retail jewellers in NSW and QLD. Since then it has grown to become a jewellery distributorship for Australia and New Zealand and its core business is still supplying jewellery stores.

Our philosphy is our name. Inverun is derived from the Latin words ingenuus, verum, unicus - noble, genuine and unique. Located in Bremen Germany, bastian inverun has been producing unique silver jewellery using only genuine gemstones of the highest quality since 1974.

Originally from Birmingham in England, Jack Hurst departed his family jewellery business and set up his own operation in Auckland NZ in 1961. Today JC Hurst & Son honours the handmade traditions of yesteryear. Our designs are not truly reproductions. Since the 19th century we have continued to make jewellery to the same quality standard.

Renowned for its fine jewellery since 1927, Breuning is located in Pforzheim which is the ancestral home of German jewellery and time pieces. Now in it's third generation, Breuning is one of the largest privately owned jewellery manufacturers in Germany. The two key collections are "pure elegance" gold and "pure fashion" silver.
